Loved its pleasant and affable staff.

Comfy hotel, it was worth its 3 stars. They had an easy check-in.

Stayed here for rest and can recommend it. The hotel was overall clean and in an unbeatable location, the staff were attentive. I loved the breakfast option, it was satisfactory. The room was airy and exceptional, had central heating, an iron and tea/coffee making equipment.

The fire escape outside our room was padlocked shut, raising serious safety concerns.

Family with kids will find it decent

The staff were friendly and really went the extra mile helping us when we needed an extra towel for the kids. The room was spacious enough, even with the kids and bags everywhere, and we managed to get a good night's sleep.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still within acceptable range given the other options.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief visit

Friendly staff, clean room, who helped me sort parking queries as we arrived in two big vans, while the double room I received was a lovely surprise that enhanced my stay with a tv and a kettle to enjoy warm drinks after a day of exploring, conveniently located just 2.5 km from the city center.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the shops and beach front. The standard double room was pretty big, perfect for my family with children. We really appreciated the spaciousness of the bedroom and bathroom.

I had a clean, comfortable stay with a firm bed and a spacious en suite bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel offers great relaxation opportunities like a cozy lounge area and an inviting outdoor seating space. The only downside was a bit of noise from the plumbing at night, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Nice spot but needs fixes

So, we spent a night here and the staff was super nice, which I appreciated. The location was really good, just a short stroll to the beach. The room was decent but had some issues like a broken floor tile and a slippery bathroom.

It was just a good match for a momentary visit in Brighton with fantastic value. The shower had great pressure and was a welcome relief after a long day. Look for a room away from the street for a quieter night.

Excellent service and a convenient location.

Despite the unsanitary conditions, the hotel's location near the seafront was a plus. The staff, while unhelpful, offered basic amenities. For future guests, I suggest bringing your own linens and ensuring to check the room prior to settling in. The local eateries nearby uplifted our spirits.
